(Oral) The petition has been filed seeking directions to consider the petitioner as candidate under Economic Weaker Section (EWS) category for the post of TGT Science (ROH) in response to advertisement 02/2023 dated 21.02.2023.

The petitioner, admittedly, appeared for the selection process as a general category candidate by filling-up the application form, Annexure P-2, and remained unsuccessful as per final result of selection dated 27.07.2024, Annexure P-5. At this stage, his request for change of category cannot be considered. This Court has already decided the issue against the petitioner vide judgment dated 05.08.2024 in Civil Writ Petition No.18628 of 2024 titled Nisha v. State of Haryana and others.
