RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for directing respondents/police to register FIR and to take legal action against accused. It is further prayed to issue direction to the concerned authority to initiate proceedings/register FIR against police in violation of Section 4 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities), Act, 1989. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there being a scuffle in the village, the petitioner has suffered injuries. He has drawn attention of this Court to the MLR wherein injury suffered by him has been mentioned. He submits that he had filed a complaint before respondents No.4 and 5 on 19.07.2024, however, no action has been taken on the same till date.
