SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) Learned counsel for the appellant prays to withdraw the present appeal in the light of the fact that an earlier appeal was filed bearing CRA-S570-2022 against the same judgment and decree passed by the Court below. Counsel for the petitioner states that due to some miscommunication, the said fact was not got to his knowledge and when he prepared the case for addressing the Court, he got attract on website of the High Court, and therefore, wishes to withdraw the present appeal. Allowed as prayed for.
