This petition is filed for grant of regular bail in FIR No. 168, dated 5th November, 2020, under Sections 21 and 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Anandpur Sahib, District Rupnagar. 3.

After arguing the matter at length, realising that this Court is not inclined to grant the prayer made, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, at this stage. 4.
