CWP-24193-2022 (O&M) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner by recruiting him on the post of Driver as per letter dated 09.04.2022 (Annexure P-1). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already submitted representation/letter dated 30.04.2022 (Annexure P-5), but the same has not been adverted by the respondents till date. 3.

On advance service, learned State counsel appears and submits that a decision will be taken by the competent authority, either way, on the pending representation of the petitioner by passing a speaking order. ASHISH 2022.12.16 12:32 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner also seeks decision on the pending representation, as suggested by learned State counsel. 5.

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to look into the pending representation dated 30.04.2022 (Annexure P-5) of the petitioner and after verifying documents Annexures P-9 to P-11 pass an administrative order, giving reasons thereof, in accordance with law.

Let the needful be done as expeditiously as possible but in any case not later than 8 weeks.
