(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 seeking direction to respondent Nos.2 to 4 for not to harass the petitioners and their family members and not to falsely implicate them in any case and protection of life and liberty of the petitioners and their family members at the hands of respondent No.4.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent Nos.2 to 4 are harassing the petitioners and their family members by calling them forcibly and interrogating about the whereabouts of their brother.
