The contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 03.03.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-34122-2024, whereby, a direction was issued to the respondent to take the decision of the claim of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for respondent contends that in compliance of order dated 03.03.2025, affidavit of Dr. Sumita Misra, IAS, Financial Commissioner Revenue & Additional Chief Secretary to Govt. Haryana, Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Haryana dated 11.03.2026 along with pay fixation order dated 02.03.2026 (Annexure R-1) has been filed. He has also placed on record another document i.e. pay order dated 03.03.2026, which shows that amount has also released/transferred in the account of the petitioner. A perusal of the affidavit dated 11.03.2026 and the pay order dated 03.03.2026 shows that order dated 03.03.2025 passed in CWP-341222024 has been complied with. 4.
In view of the same, the contempt is purged and rule is discharged.
