This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for noncompliance of the order dated 13.02.2025 passed in CWP-9766-2020. 2.

As per the reply dated 02.09.2025, an amount of ₹1,28,318/- has been released to the petitioner as certain objections were raised by the Deputy Controller (Finance & Accounts), Internal Audit Organization (Revenue), Hoshiarpur.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 4.

Needless to say, the petitioner would always be at liberty to avail his remedies as available in law.
