RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 to 4 to construct the revenue record, i.e., Akash Latha, Musabi/Map, Field book etc. of village Tahli, Hadbast No.17, Tehsil Nakodar, District Jalandhar and to fix the pucca point to locate/identity the specific khasra number alongwith its dimensions. It has been contended by counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of his grievances, the petitioner has already filed representation, Annexure P-7, before respondents No.3 and 4, on 20.02.2023 but no decision has been taken on the same till date. Notice of motion to official respondents only at this stage. On asking of the Court, Ms.Akshita Chauhan, Deputy Advocate General, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State. Counsel for the petitioner is directed to supply a copy of the petition to learned State counsel during course of the day.
