This petition is filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 451, dated 2nd October, 2021, under Section 379 IPC and under Section 21 of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation Act, 1957, registered at Police Station Tosham, District Bhiwani. 2.

This Court vide order dated 24th January, 2022, granted interim bail to the petitioner, subject to joining investigation and compliance of the provisions enumerated under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. 3.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Rajbir, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation. 4.

As no custodial interrogation of the petitioner is needed, the interim bail granted on 24th January, 2022, is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall continue to join investigation as and when called for. 5.

The petition stands disposed of.
