(Oral) Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submits that the compromise has been effected between the parties and she has given an undertaking that the petition under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, shall be withdrawn by the respondent, before the court below, on the next date fixed.

In view of the undertaking so given by the counsel for the respondent, counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn, though he is not in know of the amicable settlement. Ordered accordingly.

However, the respondent shall remain bound by the statement, so given, by his counsel today.
