(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing of complaint NACT No.334 of 2016 titled "Dharamveer v. Kamlesh dated 21.03.2016/26.04.2016; judgment of conviction dated 03.09.2019 and order of sentence dated 05.09.2019 as the matter has been amicably settled between the parties during the pendency of appeal.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have amicably settled the matter during the pendency of appeal and the petitioner has made entire payment to the respondents. Learned counsel for the respondents admits the factum of compromise.
After hearing learned counsel for the parties and perusing the paperbook, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to RAVINDER SINGH 2022.10.19 11:04 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
-2CRM-M-48282 of 2022 surrender before the appellate Court within 15 days from today and on doing so, petitioner shall be admitted to bail to the satisfaction of the appellate Court.
