CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL -.- AMIT RAWAL J. (ORAL) Learned State counsel has filed short reply stating therein that petitioner had not uploaded factum of his retirement, which is being countered by Mr. Sajjan Singh on the premise that in the absence of uploading of profile, transfer policy does not envisage any transfer but the fact of the matter is that petitioner has not received any posting order. State counsel on instructions did not deny the factum of place of posting.

I am of the view that cause of petitioner would be vindicated by issuing direction to respondents to give place of posting to the petitioner near his place of residence, owing to the fact that he is retiring on 31.12.2019, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one week from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Writ petition stands disposed of.
