(ORAL) Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that as the matter in issue is squarely covered by the order and judgment dated 10.12.2015, rendered by this Court in the case of Mukesh Kumar v. State of Haryana and others [RFA No. 1255 of 2014 (O&M)], vide which the appeals preferred by the land owners were dismissed by this Court, therefore, it is submitted that this appeal too shall have to be dismissed in the wake of the said decision.
