Learned counsel for the applicant submits that deficiency of court fee has already been made good.
In view of the above, instant application stands disposed of. CM No. 2389-CI-2016 Applicant seeks condonation of delay of 398 days in refiling the appeal.
After hearing learned counsel for the applicant, instant application is allowed for the reasons stated therein. Delay of 398 days in re-filing the appeal is condoned.

CM No. 2388-CI-2016 Applicant seeks condonation of delay of 1020 days in filing the appeal.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Shivendra Swaroop, AAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 2. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, instant application is allowed for the reasons stated therein. Delay of 1020 days in filing the present appeal is condoned. However, it is made clear that the applicant-appellants shall not be entitled for interest for this delay of 1020 days, in view of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Imrat Lal and others Vs. Land Acquisition Collector and others, 2015 (2) RCR (civil) 437. CM stands disposed of.
CM No. 2386-CI-2016 and RFA No. 775 of 2016 Learned counsel for the appellants submits that present appeal is squarely covered by the order dated 4.2.2016 passed by this Court in RFA No. 266 of 2012 (Joginder Singh Tokash Vs. State of Haryana and others).
