(Oral) Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh.

In view of the aforesaid request, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. This Court however, finds that the instant petition which has been filed by Harjit Singh through Kuldeep Singh, is not accompanied by any power of attorney in favour of said Kuldeep Singh who has signed the vakalatnama. Registrar (Judicial) to explain under what circumstances the petition was found to be in order and no objection was raised in this regard.
