**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 seeking regular bail in case FIR No.0043 dated 28.05.2024 under Section 323, 324, 452, 506,148, 149 of IPC, 1860 (Section 326 IPC added later on) registered at Police Station City Batala, Police District Batala, District Gurdaspur.

Learned State counsel submits that investigation is not yet completed and challan has not been presented. In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition at this stage and prays for withdrawal of the same. Prayer is accepted.
