After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition, at this stage. He further submits that challan in the present case was presented on 19.09.2022 and the trial is yet to commence as the case is still at the stage of consideration on charge. Thus, it is prayed that the trial Court may be directed to expedite the matter qua framing of charge. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage.

The trial Court is directed to frame the charges, expeditiously.
