By way of present petition, the petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.25 dated 25.03.2022 under Sections 323, 324, 341, 427, 148, 149, 326 (added subsequently) IPC, 1860, registered at Police Station Taragarh, Tehsil and District Pathankot (Annexure P-1). Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Manish Kumar, submits that in compliance of order dated 18.10.2022, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 18.10.2022 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
