(Oral) At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners has contended that the petitioners would be satisfied if the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 - Director, Urban Local Bodies Department, Haryana, Panchkula, to consider the Legal Notice dated 27.7.2021 (copy Annexure P-12), got served by the petitioners upon the respondents and to take necessary action in the matter, in a time bound manner.

Keeping in view such request made by learned counsel for the petitioners and in order to avoid unnecessary litigation and to enable the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioners and then to take appropriate action, if need be, the present writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 - Director, Urban Local BANITA CHUGH 2021.12.21 16:00 I agree to specified portions of this document

CWP No. 26198 of 2021 -2Bodies Department, Haryana, Panchkula, to consider the Legal Notice dated 27.7.2021 (Annexure P-12) served by the petitioners, as per law, rules, regulations and instructions on the subject and if some action in the matter is warranted, then the needful be done in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. A detailed speaking order in that regard be passed, copy of which be sent to the petitioners as per registered AD Post.

It is observed that in case the petitioners still feel dissatisfied after disposal of their Legal Notice, then they may approach the Court again in accordance with law for redressal of their grievances.
