Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to approach the lower appellate court by filing an appropriate application for adding the new Directors as parties.

Permission is granted.

Revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to move an application before the lower appellate Court for adding new Directors as parties to the appeal which shall be considered and decided by it on merits.
