          Petitioner's grievance it that petitioner had given Annexure P-17 representation to respondent No.4 in terms of Clause XX of the terms and conditions governing Contracts for Transportation of Food Grains from Depots/Mandis/Railheads etc., against the order dt. 02.02.2021 passed by respondent No.1, and that respondent No.4 has not disposed of the same till date.

Counsel for the respondents states that respondent No.1 will consider the said representation, and take an appropriate decision thereon, and communicate it to the petitioner within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
