**** SANJAY VASHISTH , J. (Oral) Status report dated 16.01.2023 is available on record. Para No.7 of the status report says as under:- "7.

That it is respectfully submitted that further a Representation was filed by present petitioner before the office of Senior Superintendent of Police, Jalandhar (Rural) and the same was endorsed with No. 71-PGD dated 10.08.2022 and was marked to Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub-Division Nakodar for conducting the further investigation.

That it is further submitted that investigation was conducted by Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub-Division Nakodar filed his report dated 04.01.2023 before the office of Senior Superintendent of Police, Jalandhar (Rural) whereby it was recommended that the Representation be consigned to record room, and it was further stated that the applicant despite being sent notices thrice, did not join the proceedings and as prayed by the applicant regarding the safety of her and her family could not be assessed as she did not join the proceedings, but keeping in view the safety of the applicant letter has been written to Station House Officer, Police Station Sadar Nakodar, to provide the applicant with the Mobile Numbers of MHC, Chowki Incharge and PCR personnel and the safety of the applicant be taken care of and further PCR has been deployed in the area for her security and it was further stated that no truth has been found in the allegations leveled by the applicant."
