(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that he does not want to pursue the present petition seeking regular bail in FIR No.76 dated 20.05.2022, registered under Sections 376, 452 of IPC at Police Station Machhroli, District Jhajjar in view of some development and he will seek his appropriate remedy before learned trial Court and withdraws the same. In view of the statement, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
