for National Insurance Company-respondent No.3 ***** Ms. Varuna Singh, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant and filed her Vakalatnama on his behalf. The same is taken on record.

As agreed by learned counsel for the appellant, learned counsel and representatives of the respondent-Insurance Company, a sum of Rs.75,000/- (rupees seventy five thousand only), over and above the amount awarded by the Tribunal, is allowed to the appellants in full and final settlement of the claim in this appeal. As per the statement of learned counsel for the appellants, the enhanced amount be paid to the appellantVijay. Accordingly, we dispose of this case with a direction to the Insurance Company to deposit a sum of Rs.75,000/- (rupees seventy five thousand only) by way of RTGS in the bank account of the appellant-Vijay. The details of the saving bank account shall be provided by learned counsel for the appellant to the learned counsel for the Insurance Company within seven days from today, failing which a crossed-cheque for the said amount in the name of the appellant be deposited with the office of the Lok Adalat ATUL KUMAR TRIPATHI 2023.05.15 17:19 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

National Lok Adalat Bench No.01 of the High Court within four weeks from today, failing which interest @ 9% per annum shall follow on this amount till payment from the date of the this order.

The concerned officer of the Lok Adalat Branch/office shall issue proper receipt to learned counsel/representatives of the respondent Insurance Company after receiving the cheque.

The appellant's counsel/appellant may collect the cheque from the office of the Lok Adalat. Copy of the order be supplied/sent to the counsel/parties and file be returned to the Hon'ble High Court.
