Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to the official respondents No.4 and 5 for handing over the investigation of the case FIR No.10, dated 20.01.2024, under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Sanoli, District Panipat, to respondent No.2, i.e. State Crime Branch, District Panipat, Haryana, since the local police is connived with accused and not imparting justice to the petitioner, who are totally innocent. It is further prayed that respondents No.4 and 5 be directed to arrest the other accused because there are specific allegations against the respondents and they are harassing the petitioner and status report may be called. 2.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of his grievances he has also filed representation, Annexure P-2 before respondent No.4, however, no action has been taken on the same till MEENU 2024.09.10 13:50 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document today.

Without entering upon an exercise to evaluate the evidentiary value of the documents placed on the file, I dispose of the petition with a direction to respondent No.4-Superintendent of Police, District Panipat, Haryana, to look into the representation (Annexure P-2) of the petitioner and decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law.
