CM No. 7818-C of 2016 This is application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure (CPC) to prepone the date of hearing of the main appeal from 18.07.2016 to today and dismissal of the same in view of compromise. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the matter has since been amicably settled, as such, seeks permission to withdraw the instant appeal.

In view of submission of learned counsel for the appellant, main appeal, which is fixed for 18.07.2016, is taken up on board today itself.
