Present petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner in FIR No.47 dated 02.05.2023, under Sections 458, 379-B(2), 323 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, (Sections 324, 326, 342, 397, 411 and 120-B IPC were added later on) registered at Police Station Phase-11, District SAS Nagar.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, wishes to withdraw the present petition at this stage. 3.

Ordered accordingly.
