RITU BAHRI, J.(Oral) Petitioner is seeking issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari supplying the proper reply to him and joining him as Clerk at Haryana Excise and Taxation Department.

Issue notice of motion On asking of the Court, Mr. Kiran Pal Singh, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State. Without commenting upon merits of the case, this petition at this stage is being disposed of by giving direction to Excise and Taxation Commissioner, Haryana Panchkula to decide the pending case of the petitioner, which has been sent to him, vide letter dated 26.03.2019 (P-5) by Jt. Excise and Taxation Commissioner (Range), Faridabad, by passing a speaking order, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
