This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS for issuance of directions to respondents No. 1 to 12 to register an FIR against the private respondents No. 13 to 16 on the statement dated 01.04.2025 (Annexure P-5) of the petitioners recorded by the respondent No.10 ASI Gurinder Singh Police Post Bahadurgarh District Patiala. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioners have preferred a representation/complaint dated 11.06.2025 (Annexure P-10) but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.7- Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala, Punjab to look into his representation/complaint and take appropriate steps at the earliest. 3.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 6.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer made by the petitioners, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.7- Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala, Punjab to consider and decide the representation/complaint dated 11.06.2025 (Annexure P-10) of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass an appropriate order.
