Allowed as prayed for and the order dated 29.07.2022 as Annexure P-9 is taken on record subject to all just exceptions. Registry is directed to tag the same at an appropriate place. CRM-M-48998-2022 The petitioners through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. are seeking quashing of Complaint No. COMA 19/2022 dated 29.07.2022 whereby JMIC, Shahbad has issued notice to the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the outset, fairly concedes that till date, no adverse order has been passed by trial Court against the petitioners. However, he submits that it is a case of misuse of process of law and they have been wrongly implicated. The petitioners would have to appear before trial Court on each and every date and it would cause unwanted harassment without their fault. CRM-M-48998-2022 (O&M) -2Without commenting on merits of the case and considering the fact that the trial Court has issued simple notice to the petitioners, the petition is disposed of with following directions : i) Personal appearance of the petitioners before trial Court shall remain exempt;

ii) The petitioners shall remain present as and when specifically called by the trial Court;

iii) The petitioners shall not raise any grouse on the sole ground of their absence, if any adverse order is passed against the petitioners;

iv) The petitioners shall be at liberty to raise all the pleas before the trial Court and avail remedies as permissible by law.
