(Oral) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to give employment to the petitioner on compassionate ground as the Punjab Government has now framed a fresh policy dated 27.10.2022.

After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
