Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from making any expression as regards merits of the case or as regards averments made in the petition, the petition is disposed off with a direction to Superintendent of Police, Rohtak to look into the matter and to ensure that the matter pertaining to FIR No.33 dated 17.2.2021 registered at Police Station Lakhan Majra, District Rohtak, under Sections 279 and 337 of Indian Penal Code, is got investigated fairly and expeditiously in accordance with law, and all the pleas as have been raised in representation dated 8.3.2021 (Annexure P-2) are looked into.
