The matter was already decided, however, there were some resistance as there was disharmony between the counsel and one of the petitioner. However, counsel for the petitioner Mr. Verma, has fairly submitted that an unconditional apology has been filed and he does not wish to pursue the matter any further.

In light of the above, the present petitions stand disposed of as not pressed.
