Mr. Sandeep Singh Mann, Additional AG Haryana. **** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the experience certificate dated 19.03.2016 (Annexure P-13) and award 4 marks to the petitioner, against the post PGT (English).
At this stage, learned State counsel has handed over a letter dated 03.01.2023 issued by Secretary, Haryana Staff Selection Commission-respondent No.3 to Director, Secondary Education Department-respondent No.2, recommending the case of the petitioner for appointment to the post of PGT English. The relevant extract of the aforesaid letter reads as under:- '........... the candidature of the petitioner considered under BCA category and after awarding four marks, he has secured total 117 mark. On the basis of overall performance under the criteria, falls in the selection zone and selected at AMAN JAIN 2023.01.05 03:05 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.
CWP-25612-2021 (O&M) -2Merit No.425-A for the post of PGT English Advt. No.4/2015, Cat No.5 is recommended.....'
Letter dated 03.01.2023 issued by Secretary, Haryana Staff Selection Commission-respondent No.3 is taken on record as Mark 'A'. Copy of the same has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
Upon this, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner stands duly redressed and thus, he does not press this petition.
