The present appeal pertains to the year 2013. On 10.03.2014 the present appeal was dismissed in default and the same was restored vide order dated 16.09.2014. Notice in the application for condonation of delay in filing the appeal was issued on 28.09.2015. Thereafter the case was adjourned on various dates. On 31.08.2016 the following order was passed:- "Notice of motion was issued on 28.09.2015. After that the case has been adjourned twice but the notice could not be issued as process fees was not filed by learned counsel for the appellant. So, the appellant is burdened with a cost of Rs.1000/- to be deposited with High Court Legal Services Authority and the process fees be filed within four days positively and then notice to the respondents be issued for 23.02.2017."

Despite the order dated 31.08.2016 neither the process fee has been filed nor the cost has been deposited till date. Today none has come present on behalf of the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not Yogesh Sharma 2024.02.14 12:19 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment.
