Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant the petitioners benefit of additional honorarium of ` 10,000 per month alongwith interest, with effect from the date of joining, in view of Government Notification, dated 13.04.2022, Annexure P-2, and order dated 30.04.2024, Annexure P-6, passed by this Court in Civil Writ Petition No.9743 of 2024. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the second respondent. At this stage, the petitioners will be satisfied in case the second respondent is directed to decide their pending legal notice, dated 02.08.2024, Annexure P-5, in a specified period.

Learned State counsel, appearing on advance notice, submits that the pending legal notice, dated 02.08.2024, will be decided by the second AVIN KUMAR 2024.09.06 14:20 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order.
