The present petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 237 dated 25.05.2020 under Sections 147, 149, 188, 323 and 506 of IPC (Sections 376, 511 and 452 IPC added later on) registered at Police Station Khol, District Rewari.

Learned counsel for the petitioner after vehemently arguing on the merits of the case, prays for withdrawal of the present petition at this stage.

In light of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case.
