Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to provide information sought by the petitioner under Right to Information Act, 2005.

Short reply by way of affidavit of Kapil Kumar Singla, S.E.P.O., Office of BDPO, Indri, District Nuh, along with annexures A-1 & A-2 filed in Court today. The same is taken on record.

Registry to tag the same at appropriate place. A perusal of Annexure A-1 along with other material appended with the reply clearly indicates that desired information has already been supplied to the petitioner.

As a result thereof, nothing survives in the present writ petition, and the same is disposed off accordingly.
