(ORAL) The petitioner-Assessee (Private Limited Company), by way of the present writ petition, is seeking direction to release refund of excess duty paid.

At the time of hearing today, counsel for the respondent states that the admissible refund has since been sanctioned vide order dated 13.09.2019.

In response, counsel for the petitioner concedes that nothing more survives for adjudication in the present writ petition and the same has become infructuous.

Dismissed as infructuous.
