During the pendency of the suit, an application, filed by the petitioner (the defendant No.1), has been disposed of vide an order dated 14.10.2021, which reads as under:- "Today plaintiff supplied copy of documents to defendant and defendant suffered the statement in that regard that she has not received some documents as mentioned in the application to which plaintiff also suffered the statement that he is not in possession of those documents which are not given and he will provide them to defendant as and when he got those documents. In view of the statement, plaintiff is directed to supply them as and when those documents are received. For P.Ws now the case is adjourned to 8.11.2021".

Civil Revision No. 3352 of 2021 2.

It is not in dispute that the petitioner has already been supplied copies of the documents (Ex.P5 to Ex.P189). The petitioner alleges that a copy of the sale deed, by which common ancestor of the parties, namely Iqbal Singh purchased the property, has not been supplied. On 14.10.2021, the plaintiff No.2 suffered a statement in the Court that he is not in custody of any other document and as and when he lays his hand, he will supply a copy whereof to the defendants. The Court has also observed that the plaintiffs shall not be permitted to produce any other document, except with the leave of the Court.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, no ground is made out to interfere with the impugned order. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed.
