(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner - Ajaib Singh - in case FIR No.198 dated 01.10.2021 registered under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Bhawanigarh, District Sangrur.

On instructions from ASI Suraj Khan, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

In view of above, order dated 13.01.2022 passed by this Court is made absolute on the same terms and conditions. Disposed of accordingly.
