The report from the Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum-Secretary, DLSA, Patiala, has been received, wherein, it has stated that the matter has been amicably resolved between the parties and the entire family are living together.

In light of the above, nothing survive in the present petition and accordingly, the same stands disposed of. 3.
