The present appeal has been filed by Insurance Company. Since 03.03.2023 no one has appeared on behalf of the appellant. Even on the previous date no one had put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. Today again, despite the matter being called twice since morning, no one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
