(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for quashing of FIR No.0513 dated 22.09.2019 registered under Sections 323, 34, 341, 506 IPC and 25 of the Arms Act at Police Station Hisar Sadar, District Hisar and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom. The FIR No.0513 dated 22.09.2019 is only 04 days old and subsequent to registration of the FIR, neither the petitioner has filed any anticipatory bail petition nor has approached any higher authority. In view of the above, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his alternative remedy, in accordance with law.
