(Oral) The petitioners have submitted that both of them are major and copies of their AADHAR cards are Annexure P-1 and Annexure P-2 and they performed marriage on 14.10.2022 and this is their first marriage and they are harassed by respondent No.4 and in this regard representation (Annexure P-5) dated 14.10.2022 has been given to respondent No.2 but till date no action has been taken by the concerned authorities in this regard. Both the petitioners further submitted that they will be satisified if necessary direction be given to respondent No.2 to consider and decide aforesaid representation in a time bound manner.

In view of above, without going into merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 to consider representation (Annexure P-5) within a period of next 20 days of the receipt PUNEET CHAWLA 2022.10.19 14:20 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

( 2 ) CRWP-9996-2022 of the copy of this order and to provide appropriate protection to the petitioners in accordance with law, if the situation so warrants. However, any observations made in this order will not be construed as an expression of opinion on the validity of the marriage of the petitioners. In case the petitioners have committed any offence, the law will take its own course.
