Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from making any expression as regards merits of the case or as regards averments made in the petition, the petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, District Yamuna Nagar, Haryana to look into the matter and to ensure that the matter pertaining to FIR No.201 dated 12.7.2021 registered at Police Station Sector-17, HUDA Jagadhari, under Sections 148, 149, 323, 427, 452, 506 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code, is got investigated fairly and expeditiously in accordance with law, so that a final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. is submitted thereafter at the earliest.
