**** MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No. 307, dated 29.08.2019, under Sections 323, 354, 427, 506, 148, 149 IPC (later on added Section 452 IPC), registered at Police Station Phillaur, District Jalandhar. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 27th September, 2019, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. This fact is not disputed by the counsel for the State as well. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Charanjit Singh, states that the petitioner is no longer required for further interrogation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 27th September, 2019, is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
