The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, in case FIR No.60 dated 07.04.2022 registered under Section 306 IPC at Police Station Kotwali, District Bathinda. 2.

Vide order dated 05.12.2022, petitioners were granted the concession of interim bail in the following terms:- "Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that even as per the allegations the basic ingredients of Sections 306 and 107 IPC are not fulfilled since vague allegations of harassment were levelled and there was no incitement or abetment to commit suicide. He submitted that the petitioners are ready and willing to join the investigation and cooperate with the investigation." 3.
