Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.65, dated 10.08.2024, under Sections 319(2), 318(4) & 61(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, registered at Police Station Sector 19, Chandigarh.

At the outset, it has been submitted by learned Additional P.P.,UT, Chandigarh, that co-accused of the petitioner is already in custody. 3.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court and has sought direction to learned trial Court to decide his bail application in a time bound manner.
